We're Hiring: Assemblers

Martin-Baker America, Johnstown, PA | Full-Time |

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with hands-on experience in manufacturing? We're looking for a Assemblers to join our team!

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing

Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to clearly communicate with Department Supervisors and production line employees

Technical Skills

• Proficient in computer use and accurate data entry
• General math skills
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans
• Skilled in using hand tools (wrenches, pliers, utility knives, etc.) and power tools (electric screwdrivers, pneumatic riveters, etc.)
• Experience assembling components with adhesives and sealants
