Job Title: Assistant Commercial Property Manager
Location: Onsite – Seattle, WA
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic commercial real estate portfolio in Seattle. This role provides critical administrative, operational, and tenant-relations support and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of communication and data.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations & Tenant Support

  • Assist in the daily management of commercial office and/or retail properties.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors.

  • Coordinate tenant service requests and ensure timely follow-up and completion.

  • Support property manager with site inspections, vendor oversight, and maintenance scheduling.

  • Help enforce building rules, policies, and lease compliance.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Handle a high volume of phone and email correspondence , ensuring timely, professional responses.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain property files, contracts, certificates of insurance, and other documentation.

  • Assist with preparing reports, meeting agendas, and presentations.

Financial & Reporting Tasks

  • Support budget preparation and expense tracking.

  • Assist with invoice processing, coding, and vendor coordination.

  • Generate and update spreadsheets, logs, and reports — strong Excel skills required .

  • Help compile monthly and quarterly management reports.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Coordinate vendor scheduling and access.

  • Track service agreements and monitor contract compliance.

  • Support bid requests and proposal comparisons.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of property management, commercial real estate, or related administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, tracking logs).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable managing a high volume of calls.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative onsite team.

  • Professional, service-oriented demeanor.
