JOB DESCRIPTION:


We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead the transition of payroll services under a Transition Service Agreement (TSA) from ADP Enterprise v6 to Paycom. This role requires hands-on expertise in payroll data extraction, validation, and test payroll execution, with a strong understanding of compliance and system configuration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Extraction & Migration

• Extract and cleanse payroll data from ADP Enterprise v6
• Map legacy data to Paycom import templates
• Ensure secure and accurate data transfer for the transitioning FEIN

Payroll Validation & Compliance

• Validate payroll calculations including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Reconcile discrepancies between ADP and Paycom outputs

Test Payroll Execution

• Provide production data to Paycom team for parallel testing
• Analyze results and troubleshoot configuration issues
• Document findings and recommend adjustments for go-live readiness

Stakeholder Engagement & Training

• Collaborate with internal payroll teams, Paycom consultants, and TSA project managers
• Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption
• Support post-implementation stabilization and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, PeopleSoft, Paycom, UKG)
• Proficiency in data extraction tools and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting
• Experience conducting test payrolls and analyzing results
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• CPP or FPC certification preferred
