Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, unclog, and repair residential drain and sewer issues (kitchen, bath, mainline, floor drains, etc.)
Operate drain equipment such as augers, jetters, and camera/locate systems
Provide homeowners with clear solutions— and recommend upgrades or additional services that genuinely benefit them
Present pricing options and close sales on recommended repairs
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds repeat business
Document all work performed using company systems
Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence operating drain and sewer equipment
A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to explain value and close jobs
Clean, professional communication with homeowners

Pay Range
$60,000—$90,000 USD
